Materials placement conditions
The materials placement and copyright relationships are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Manuscripts should contain original data that have not been published previously and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Fee for the publication of an article is not charged.
All manuscripts are subjected to a plagiarism check; the acceptable score for originality is no less than 75%.
If reviewers have questions or reasonable comments, the manuscript is returned to the authors for revision. The editors have the right to request the initial database for the calculations in cases where the quality of statistical processing is questionable.
The editors reserve the right to:
• make editorial alterations that do not distort scientific meaning of the text;
• refuse submissions from authors whose materials were repeatedly rejected by the Editorial Board;
• reject materials (articles from other scientific journals, collections of conference papers, excerpts from dissertations, etc.) that have been previously published elsewhere.
Manuscripts will not be returned to the author(s).
Conditions for provision of DOIs
With Crossref charging a fee on DOI services for publishers, getting DOI is to be paid for, including the Crossref fees and disbursements associated with maintaining the Internet resource for creating landing pages for the placement of scientific materials.
